Who is this for?

For people who have learned the Nordic technique and are looking to build their skills, fitness and stamina.

*Please note, this is not a teaching class*


An adventurous walk around some of the more challenging greenspaces around Edinburgh.

How do I access this?

  • Self referral
  • Referral by third party

Please bring your own Nordic poles for use during the walk.

A reasonable level of fitness is required as we do venture up hills and walk for over an hour.

Please make your own way to the meeting point – no transport provided.

Different location each week. Details provided by walk leader.
