Healthy Active Minds is a person-centred service works with individuals on a one-to-one basis to address their specific needs and support them to incorporate regular physical activity into their lives to improve their health and wellbeing.

Healthy Active Minds can off you:

  • one-to-one consultation and ongoing motivational support from qualified instructors based across the city
  • support to find the right activities that you enjoy and can build into your lives
  • Less expensive access to Edinburgh Leisure facilities
