Who is this for?
Anyone who is medically fit to start exercise and is over the age of 18.
This is a beginners jogging group, following the NHS Couch to 5k program over 12 weeks. This group aims to help you get from no exercise to moving for 30 mins over three months in a supportive and progressive way. No experience is needed as you will be led by a qualified Jog Scotland Leader.
How do I access this?

You will be required to complete a referral form and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, which will ask about your health. Your leader will provide this paperwork and guide you through this simple process.
Is there a cost?
This activity is free. You must provide your own trainers to wear for the sessions.
We will meet at the main car park, off Glasgow Road.
This is a 12 week program starting Thursday June 1st until Thursday August 31st 2023
