Raymond has been conducting Mindfulness (or Awareness) sessions in the Edinburgh local and business communities for over 2 years. Raymond’s approach to Mindful Awareness is to gently guide us with soothing, non-judgmental and compassionate words, pointing towards the direct path and experience of ‘self-realisation’, effortlessly bringing much needed calm and relief from the often overactive mind. Helping us to remember and return to our natural state of being, which is silence and stillness – or simply, peace and quiet.

This service runs weekly – except public holidays at Christmas, New Year and Easter
