Description
Gate is a skills development and wellbeing service that supports young people to navigate the next steps into adult life.
Gate improves wellbeing, builds confidence, and help individuals develop essential social and practical life skills. The structured program offers tailored support and activities in small groups, which encourages positive interaction and personal growth.
At Gate, neurodivergent young adults can:
- Feel safe and understood: In a calm, structured, low-arousal environment specifically designed to reduce anxiety.
- Explore and grow: Through creative arts, enterprise, wellbeing, and social development.
- Build practical skills and independence: With development opportunities, including ASDAN Lifeskills Challenge units.
- Develop friendships and confidence: Through a dedicated social space and supported peer interaction.
