Who is this for?

This class is for carers and the person they care for.


We recognise the urgent need for carer respite breaks. Come along to our free activities that can help look after your physical and mental wellbeing, as well as connecting socially to others in similar positions.

You are able to bring along the person you care for to these activities. activities are completely free and all are drop in sessions with no sign up required.


Watercolour Workshop

Learn the art of watercolours! Diana will guide you to create beautiful paintings of plants, animals and nature.

Diverse Dance Mix

Enjoy music and dance from across the ages!

A dance class focusing on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Suitable for all abilities.
