EaRN enables any group, forum, organisation or individual to work in partnership with public services with the aim to advance equality, promote human rights, and to tackle inequality and poverty.

It does this by raising awareness, community engagement, research and dialogue. The network is member-led and supported by paid staff and volunteer ambassadors.
