Who is this for?

  • Women aged 18 or over, from a minority ethnic community living in Edinburgh, who is experiencing mild to moderate anxiety/stress and would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Description

The Mental Health and wellbeing toolkit is a free, course that can help you feel less stressed and overwhelmed. It is a place to explore different tools and strategies to improve mental health and wellbeing. We cover topics such as how anxiety and stress affect us, prevention and coping skills, breathing exercises, mindfulness, personal boundaries and challenging unhelpful thinking styles, self-care and resilience building.
