Who is this for?
This service is for anyone over 18 years old who feels ready to make changes and are willing to explore ways to improve their mental health and wellbeing. This can include receiving support to access services to reduce isolation and develop current or new interests. This service is suitable for people experiencing low to moderate mental health symptoms.
Description
We offer 10 weekly sessions for people requiring mental health and wellbeing support. Person-centred support is provided to people who are feeling low, anxious or isolated and who would like to focus on building up good mental health habits through practising self-management and coping strategies.
- Mental Health and Wellbeing (Supporting people in finding ways to be mentally and emotionally happy and well
- Purpose and Direction (supporting people in finding tools and strategies to manage their health and Wellbeing)
- Valuing Self (supporting people in making choices that are in line with their values and in engaging in activities they find meaningful)
- Self Management (supporting people to build up confidence and prioritise self-care)
This service is suitable for people experiencing low/mild mental health symptoms. This service is not suitable for people in crisis, who have complex experiences of trauma, or high support needs relating to their mental health and wellbeing.

Support is provided to Edinburgh residents in their community or at one of our offices in Leith or Gilmerton. Online support can also be provided.
