Description
Due to current restrictions, home visits are on hold.
The Early Years Service exists to meet the needs of families with children, pre-birth to 3 years.
The service is run by a small team of qualified and experienced workers and social work students on placement. Working in partnership with parents, health workers and social care professionals the service provides sensitive and practical support at this early stage.
The service can provide support in your home or the Multi-Cultural Family Base offices or through group work.
