Who is this for?
For people who are new to exercise or trying to get back into physical activity after a break from exercise
Join us for a beginners jogging group following the NHS Couch to 5k model. We will run weekly for 12 sessions building up your strength and stamina, with the aim of you moving/jogging for up to 30 mins by week 12.

To join this group, you must contact Emily Ronaldson before 7th January to complete a referral form and a PARQ to ensure you are physically able to participate in this group.
Is there a cost?
This is a free activity.
We will meet at the entrance to King George V Park, Currie.
