Suitable for a range of abilities but particularly if you are new to exercise or wish to return to being active in the outdoors.


Get active outdoors with us using the NHS Couch to 5K running program. A twelve week program to help you get moving, meet new people and explore Craigmillar Castle and Little France Parks.
