Description

Change Mental Health is a short-term counselling service. Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where people can explore difficulties they have experienced in their lives with a trained professional. We offer 8 sessions of one-to-one talking therapy. Currently, we have a counsellor on Wednesdays,  and Fridays. Our session times range from 10am until 3pm
