Description

The Health Agency offers counselling and Cognitive Behaviour Therapry (CBT).

All its counsellors follow the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) code of practice to ensure that the best service possible is offered to you and sessions can take place face-to-face, online, or by phone.

A counselling block normally lasts for 12 weeks, and CBT for 16 weeks.
