Who is this for?

Edinburgh residents over the age of 18 who has or is waiting for an ADHD diagnosis.


A 5-week course for individuals who have or are waiting on a diagnosis of ADHD, or people who experience symptoms . This course will look at ADHD and how it effects mental health and wellbeing. The course looks at some self-help techniques and encourages peer support and discussion in a group setting with people who might have similar experiences.
