Description

Contact Point is a mental health drop-in resource centre that provides a range of meaningful group activities, such as the Art Group and Karaoke. Contact Point aims to help your personal development and signpost you to appropriate community resources

The centre is run by trained staff who can offer you solution-focused, one-to-one support by appointment. Additionally, Contact Point can offer volunteer opportunities with skills related to the group activities program.

Open Day:

Contact Point runs a weekly open day for people to come and check out the service and what’s on offer
