Contact Point is a mental health resource centre that provides a range of meaningful group activities. Contact Point aims to help your personal development and signpost you to appropriate community resources.
The centre is run by trained staff who can offer you solution-focused, one-to-one support by appointment. Additionally, Contact Point offers opportunities for volunteering with skills relating to the group activities programme.
