Confidential Conversations is a workplace and student counselling service provider, offering mental health support for organisations.

Description

Confidential Conversations brings counselling expertise into workplaces across the public and private sectors, and to further and higher education establishments. It’s a vital service helping professionals and students to strengthen and manage their wellbeing and mental health.

How do I access this?

  • Self referral
  • If you are an employee, you can self-refer from contracted organisations
  • If you’re an employer, Confidential Conversations helps you to fulfil your responsibility to look after the health and wellbeing of your staff. It can be offered as part of a wider Employment Assistance Programme (EAP).

Is there a cost?

If you are interested in investing in improved access to psychological support, we can help you develop and scale a solution to fit your needs and your budget.
