Older Women, Older Men, Women (under 60) and young people.

Description

3 partnership projects which aim to reduce social isolation, encourage intergenerational contact to contribute towards improved mental health & wellbeing.

  1. Weekly Older Men and Older Women’s Mental Health & Wellbeing groups (Pilmeny Development Project – PDP)
  2. Intergenerational groups (PDP & Heart of Newhaven)
  3. Weekly Women’s drop-in group (YMCA Edinburgh)

Is there a cost?

Small donation towards costs of refreshments may be given by anyone who wishes to contribute.
