The Carers Programme offers wellbeing classes, events, talks and trips for unpaid carers in Edinburgh.

The programme offers wellbeing classes such as Tai Chi and Qi Gong yoga, day trips, and help with Self Directed Support (SDS). There is a mobile information library which also functions as a ‘contact point’ for further one-to-one information, support and signposting to other relevant services. A full programme of outings, classes, events and talks are planned, frequently updated and evolve throughout the year.

Currently, all wellbeing support, classes and other sessions are via Zoom and online and phone-based contact until further notice.
