An online 5-week course in which we’ll explore tools and strategies for feeling more confident. This course is particularly relevant for anyone who’s experiencing anxiety about re-emerging from lockdown.

The Building Confidence Course currently takes place on Zoom. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom and need some help to access the space, Stuart can provide support with this.
