Who is this for?
- People aged 18 years old and over with a mental health concern
Be creative in an informal, social atmosphere with opportunities to exhibit your work. Not only do you get to meet your peers, learn new skills or enhance established skills, but you also can take part in exhibitions, such as SMHAF.
No artistic experience is necessary, everyone is welcome!
Contact Point is a mental health resource centre that provides a range of meaningful group activities to help your personal development, signpost you to appropriate community resources and to help prevent you from becoming isolated.
How do I access this?

To access our social space or any of our activities, we require the completion of an individual referral and risk assessment form, prior to use. This helps us to better support you and keep the service a safe space for you and others.
