Description
A 4-week course which aims to support people who are experiencing stress to identify and manage their symptoms. Stress is a normal response to difficult situations, and everyone experiences stress in their lives. However, we need to recognise when symptoms become too frequent, too intense or prolonged as they can have a negative impact on daily functioning. This course will support participants to learn what stress is, what it feels like for them and how they can use techniques to build resilience.
