Description
The Depression and Anxiety Support Group is a friendly peer-led support group open to any adults living with depression, low mood, stress or anxiety.
It offers the opportunity for confidential local support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity for you to explore positive ways of coping with depression and anxiety.

If you would like to join any of the groups, please email edinburghselfhelp@health-in-mind.org.uk by 3pm on the day of the meeting you would like to attend.

Due to the COVID-19, the group has moved online.
Opening times
Health in Mind is currently running three groups and all meetings are online on zoom.
Augustine group
Time: 7.00 – 8.30 pm
Dates: Alternate Mondays (22 February, 8 and 22 March 2021)
Methodist Church group
Time: 7.00 – 8.30 pm
Dates: Alternate Tuesday (2, 16 and 30 March 2021)
North West Edinburgh group
Time: 5.30 – 6.30 pm
Dates: Alternate Mondays ( 1, 15 and 29 March 2021)
