The Depression and Anxiety Support Group is a friendly peer-led support group open to any adults living with depression, low mood, stress or anxiety.
It offers the opportunity for confidential local support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity for you to explore positive ways of coping with depression and anxiety.
Groups are being held both online and in person.
Health in Mind will be limiting numbers attending the in-person sessions for the time being. Please pre-register to attend at firstname.lastname@example.org by 3.00 pm on the day of the meeting you would like to attend. If you are not pre-registered to attend, you will not be able to attend the session.
