Description

Active Steps is a programme designed to support and motivate people to lead healthier, more active lives.

There is a range of opportunities available to support you to become more active or eat a healthier, more balanced diet, and activities are suitable for all levels of fitness. The process begins with an initial one-to-one appointment to find out more about you and your needs. Based on your interests and goals, support is provided to engage in activities relevant to improving your lifestyle. The Health Agency also offers a range of fitness classes, ranging from gentle exercise through to more energetic classes.
