Wellbeing across Scotland

To support people throughout Scotland, the Scottish Government launched the ‘Clear Your Head’ campaign. This online resource highlights practical things that you can do to look after your mental health and wellbeing during Covid-19.


The National Wellbeing Hub acts as a ‘front door’ to a wide range of support and wellbeing resources for people working in health and social care. This includes unpaid carers, volunteers within the health and social care services, and their families.
