Scottish Recovery Network launches new Peer Connects programme for 2026/27
28 May 2026

Scottish Recovery Network has launched its new Peer Connects programme of events for 2026/27, bringing together people from across Scotland to explore, strengthen, and sustain mental health peer support.
The programme includes a mix of in-person events and online webinars designed to connect people working in, interested in, or benefiting from peer support. Sessions will focus on the practical and strategic issues that help peer support thrive, including leadership, lived experience, and building a well-supported peer workforce.
Peer support plays an important role in mental health recovery, creating spaces where people can share experiences, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections. The Peer Connects programme aims to encourage collaboration and shared learning across communities and organisations throughout Scotland.
The new programme offers opportunities to:
- Connect with others involved in peer support
- Share learning and lived experience
- Explore good practice and emerging ideas
- Strengthen approaches to supporting peer workers
- Help shape the future of peer support in Scotland
Booking for events is now open.
