VOCAL’s free courses, activities and events

Date: From July 5 till September 30

VOCAL has recently produced a booklet of free courses, events and activities run by VOCAL and a number of other training providers.

VOCAL is the Voice of Carers Across Lothian, an organisation run by carers for carers. By creating the booklet, VOCAL aims to meet the needs of unpaid carers through weekly courses, events and one-day seminars with expert speakers and
professionals.

These events run from July till September and include a wide range of topics. They include:

  • Coping with pain.
  • Online book group.
  • Stress management.
  • Sound therapy.
  • CV workshop.
  • Dealing with guilt.
  • Fire safety.
  • Not fine in school.
  • Emotional wellbeing.
