Bridge to Support – 5 Ways to Winter Wellbeing (Session 2)

Bridge to Support (delivered by Scottish mental health charity, Health in Mind), is running online events over the coming weeks that focus on the ‘5 Ways to Winter Wellbeing’. The sessions will look at practical tools and tips that people can use this winter to look after their mental health, focusing on the 5 ways to wellbeing: Connect, Keep Active, Give, Keep Learning and Take Notice.

The sessions will also update people and provide information about Bridge to Support, which is here for survivors living in Scotland of childhood abuse by a Jesuit, a member of their staff, or a volunteer.
