Who is this for?

Men over the age of 16 who are registered with a GP in Edinburgh

Description

The Signature Project provides short-term, flexible and informal support to men over 16 who have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

We work with men across the city who have experienced trauma and who are experiencing stress and want to make some changes in their lives. A formal diagnosis is not needed.

We work in a way that the individual prefers: we can meet men at the Stafford Centre or in the community, or provide support over the phone or video call. We focus on understanding PTSD and developing strategies that reduce stress and promote wellbeing. We also assist men to attend advice and support services that can help them to address any practical difficulties they may be facing.

We offer one to one support and a range of groups and activities.
