Who is this for?

Our courses are open to residents of Edinburgh aged 18+. We encourage active participation so that people get the most out of their attendance. Therefore, our courses are suitable for people who can reflectively engage in a group learning environment.

Description

This 5-week course offers a space for people to develop ways to recognise, accept and regulate their emotions, particularly difficult emotions. Many people find that they automatically react to unpleasant emotions by trying to avoid them. In this course participants explore how to relate to all emotions with curiosity and kindness.
