Who is this for?

For young people up to 18 years old having difficulty sleeping, and their parents or carers

Description

Our Scottish Sleep Support Line service can offer support for any child from 18 months to 18 years resident in Scotland.

Our Sleep Advisors will complete a telephone sleep assessment, taking the time to listen and to understand any factors that may affect the sleep issue. We will provide tailored support ideas by phone and email and as appropriate we refer some families to one of our Sleep Counsellors with a background in specific support needs.

Our service includes: Children and young people with a diagnosed additional support need; Children and young people with a suspected additional support need (regardless of waiting list status); and Children and young people with no additional support needs.
