Description
Our aim is to make mental health support as accessible as possible. We truly believe that all therapies have the same aim of increasing self-awareness – they just come at it from different angles and we are all different.
We offer a range of therapist to suit individuals of all ages, couples, groups and organisations. Our services include talking therapies to embodied, trauma informed woodworking and crafting therapies (The Empty Chair Project). However, we truly believe that the most important thing is the relationship you build with your therapist. So if you are thinking about trying therapy or counselling, why not read about the services we provide on our website?
Our therapists align with the rigorous training standards of their professional body (BABCP/BACP) and are either accredited or working towards accreditation. This means you can be sure that we meet industry standards and your therapy comes with quality assurance. To make it easier to look after your wellbeing, we offer therapy in different languages as well as English, flexible times to suit shift workers, online and in person working and 8 lower cost therapy sessions each week.
We try to make it as easy as possible for you to book an appointment, prioritise your self-awareness, mental health and wellbeing. So if now is a good time get in touch. It is our policy not to run a waiting list and if we can’t help, we will sign post you to someone who can. We look forward to working with you.
