Description

Omaz’s Den is a free, welcoming drop-in group for young adults aged 18 to 30 in Edinburgh. It offers a relaxed, supportive space where you can connect with others, try new activities, and enjoy spending time together. There is no cost, no pressure, and no need to sign up.

Each week features different group activities. On the first Wednesday of every month, the group takes part in a special outing. Past trips have included bowling, laser tag, and go-karting.

Support available:
Omaz’s Den also offers access to free, confidential counselling through their in-house mental health team. Whether you are looking for someone to talk to or ongoing support, help is available.

Pizza by the Beach
Date: Wednesday 2 July, 7 pm
Location: Civerinos, Portobello
Enjoy free pizza and good company by the sea. Just show up.

Charity Football Match
Date: Saturday 5 July, 3 pm
Location: Inch Park Community Sports Club
Come and support the team as they play against Edinburgh South Under 20s.

There is a short waiting list for the counselling but not for Omaz’s Den itself.
