As we cosy in on these shortening days of Winter join the Botanics in the Cottage for some tales of plant lore connected to the season and hear about some of the traditional connections we have with nature at this time of year.

These monthly meetings are designed for people living with dementia and a family member or carer. Sessions are free and facilitated, with refreshments and activities provided and volunteers on hand to assist.
