Today (10 September 2021) is World Suicide Prevention Day. Each year on 10 September, people from all over the world come together to raise awareness of suicide and the different ways we can work together to prevent this.

Samaritans – 116 123

The Samaritans provide emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide. They have many different resources on their website that can support you and the people in your life.
